Which EMS products can we develop with MacroSea?
All products on our website are available for OEM and ODM, including training suits, tops, shorts, pants, belts and pads. We also develop and manufacture new EMS products beyond our current catalog.
Which garments use the 2011 system?
The 2011 series includes a full body suit, training top, shorts and long pants. All four formats use the 2011 controller and MBODY app, with electrode layouts suited to their coverage.
Does the 2011 suit have 10 or 16 channels?
The 2011 full body garment has 20 electrodes across 10 channels. The controller supports 16 independent outputs. Garment channels and controller outputs describe different parts of the system.
What can we customize for our brand?
Small batches usually start with a heat transfer logo. Deeper customization includes new garment patterns, logo, controller exterior, packaging and a dedicated app.
Can we have our own branded app?
Yes. Custom 2011 apps can include your own UI, functions and membership system, starting at 100 garment and controller sets. MBODY itself has no membership feature. Only the 2011 controller supports app control.
How does a project move into production?
Choose an existing product with your logo, or develop a new design and sample. After approval, we produce, inspect and ship. Contact sales to work through your project details.
How are products checked before shipment?
Every unit receives functional, appearance and packaging inspections before shipment.
What comes with the garment, and how is it washed?
A typical set includes one garment, one controller, a charging cable, a small spray bottle and a user manual.
Remove the controller before washing. Hand wash the garment, or place it in a laundry bag and use a gentle machine cycle.
Can we order a sample?
Paid samples are available from stock. Ask sales about the sample charge and whether it can be credited against a bulk order.
What warranty do you provide?
Garments carry a 3 month warranty and controllers a 1 year warranty for faults not caused by user damage. We arrange repair, replacement parts or a replacement unit according to the issue.
What should we send for a quotation?
Send your company details, preferred product, quantity and customization requirements. Our sales team will discuss pricing, development fees and timing for your project.
