Read the EMS OEM FAQWhich products can carry our brand?
All products in the MacroSea catalog support OEM or ODM. The 2011 family is one starting point for training garments. You can also discuss other EMS shorts, belts and pads.
Can we change more than the logo?
Small batches can carry your logo by heat transfer. For deeper customization, discuss garment patterns, a custom logo, a new controller exterior, packaging and a dedicated app with our sales team.
What is included in a standard set?
A general standard set includes a garment, controller, charging cable, small spray bottle and manual. Confirm the exact contents and quantities for your selected model in the quotation, including any spare garments or additional accessories.
Does a private label garment need a custom app?
The 2011 family supports the MBODY app, which does not include a membership system. A custom app can include one and requires at least 100 garment and controller sets. The 902K uses a wired handheld controller and the 2105C uses a compact wireless controller; neither supports an app. The controllers are not interchangeable.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
General product minimums and lead times depend on the model and project. Send your product, quantity and customization requirements for a quotation. The 100 set threshold applies to dedicated app customization.
Can we order a sample?
Stock samples are available for purchase. Ask our sales team about crediting the sample cost toward a bulk order.
What warranty is provided?
The warranty covers garments for three months and controllers for one year when damage is not caused by the user. Depending on the issue, we repair the item, replace a part or provide a replacement.
