How do we choose between existing product OEM and new product ODM?

Choose an existing product for logo branding, including heat transfer for small batches. For a new product or deeper customization, discuss the development route with sales.

What can we customize?

Deeper customization can include the garment pattern, logo, a new controller exterior, packaging and a custom app. MacroSea can also develop and manufacture EMS products beyond the current catalog.

Can we order a sample?

Stock samples are available for purchase. Ask our sales team about crediting the sample cost toward a bulk order.

What does development cost?

Development fees depend on the project. Discuss your product and customization plans with our sales team.

Where does a dedicated app fit into the process?

The 2011 controller supports MBODY app control. MBODY does not include a membership system, but a dedicated app can include one. Custom app development requires at least 100 garment and controller sets. See the MBODY app page for the connected product starting point.

How are minimum order quantity and timing agreed?

General product minimum quantities and lead times are quoted by model and project. Provide your company, product, quantity and customization requirements. For development, include the idea or drawing and any requested schedule.

What certification experience does MacroSea have?

Our certification experience includes CE, FCC and RoHS. A customer obtained FDA 510(k) clearance in its own name, with MacroSea as the manufacturer and a participant throughout the application.
