Can every product in the catalog be customized?
Yes. All products in the current catalog support OEM or ODM. We can also develop and manufacture EMS products that are not yet listed.
What can I customize?
Small batches usually start with a heat transfer logo. Deeper customization can include a new garment pattern, logo, controller exterior, packaging and a dedicated app with membership functions.
What is the minimum quantity for a dedicated app?
Dedicated app projects start at 100 sets of garments plus controllers. Share your UI and feature requirements with sales. MBODY has no membership function; a custom app can include it.
What are the general minimum order quantity and lead time?
They depend on the product model and project. Send the product, estimated quantity and customization details so we can discuss them with the quotation.
What information should I send for a quote?
Your company name, product or model, quantity and customization requirements. An idea or drawing is also useful when starting a new ODM product.
What checks happen before shipment?
Function, appearance and packaging are checked on each unit before shipment.
